SHIRTINO REFUND POLICY

Shirtino sales are ALL non-refundable and final. Shirtino does not provide refunds because all of our shirts are custom made specifically to fit our customers. Shirtino does not offer, off the rack and our product is not re-sellable any third-party distributors. We are committed to providing you the best custom made shirt and deliver our customers with complete satisfaction.

Our goal is to make our customers look great in their Shirtino custom made shirts. Based on thousands of active customer’s size information we are able to determine your best fit. However, if we missed it and we need to make necessary adjustments, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select the order that you’d like to submit a complaint about and then select the item or items that you will be referring to.
  3. You will be prompted to take a picture and upload them to the page. You will be required to take multiple images of you wearing the shirt. In the case that you have multiple complaints, then one picture for each shirt will suffice.
  4. State your concern in the designated area and submit your complaint. A customer service representative will reply to your complaint within two business days.
